  CARL FRANCIS

Carl Married Thelma L Muse on July 16th 1941 He served in the army during WWII

during this time a son was born to them and they named him Wayne Carleton

Carl was discharged from the Army after the war and returned home where he went to work for the federal highway department on the blue ridge parkway.

A second son was born on 12 june 1946 to them and they named him Theodore Herbert after both grandfathers. Shortly thereafter Carl Rejoined the army and remained on active duty untill he retired in 1962

Thelma & Carl Married on the 16th of July 1941 and joined the Francis and Muse familys together Thelma Was raised on Allens Creek in Waynesville, North Carolina and Attended Waynesville Township High School. In 1944 She Moved to Ratcliff Cove with her parents Theodore and Dovie Muse when he obtained a Farm there.

Carl was born to Early Susan Inman Francis and Herbert Fanning Francis,
 Raised in Ratcliff Cove Attending Waynesville Township High School.
